HOW TO IMPROVE IN ALL SPORTS - BASIC CONCEPTS OF KINESIOLGY AND TRAINING.
1. TO IMPROVE ONE MUST ORGANIZE WORKOUTS FOLLOWING ONE BASIC PRINCIPLE.
A. CLASSIFY WORKOUTS INTO 3 GENERAL CATAGORIES - EASY (E)  /MEDIUM (M)  /HARD (H).  THE PRINCIPLE YOU MUST FOLLOW  IS TO ALWAYS FOLLOW A HARD WORKOUT WITH AN EASY WORKOUT. 
EXAMPLE OF A 2 WEEK SCHEDULE. M/M/H/E/E/H/E/M/E/H/E/H/E/H. THE KEY IS TO KNOW YOUR BODY AND TO RECORD YOUR WORKOUTS AND PRACTICES IN A JOURNAL.  
REMEMBER THESE ARE GENERAL CATAGORIES BUT YOU WILL IMPROVE PERFOMANCE AND HAVE LESS INJURIES IF YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF FOLLOWING A HARD WORKOUT DAY WITH AN EASY WORKOUT DAY. YOU CANNOT COUNT ON PERSONAL TRAINERS, COACHES OR PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND THIS BASIC CONCEPT, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FOCUS IS ON "WINNING" NOT INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES.
 
EXAMPLE. GAME DAY YOU GO ALL OUT. YOU WIN!  FOLLOW THAT DAY WITH EITHER REST OR A VERY EASY WORKOUT.  AT PRACTICE YOU ARE STILL SORE AND SOMEWHAT TIRED.  THE COACH IS BASICALLY IGNORANT OF THIS GENERAL PRINCIPLE. HE FEELS EVENTHOUGH YOUR TEAM WON THAT NOW HE GOING TO RUN YOUR REAR END INTO THE GROUND TO PREPARE YOU FOR THE REALLY BIG GAME TWO DAYS AWAY. BE SMART AND DOG IT, TAKE IT EASY AND HAVE HIM LOOK AT THIS SITE.
