A. CLASSIFY WORKOUTS INTO 3 GENERAL CATAGORIES - EASY (E) /MEDIUM
(M) /HARD (H). THE PRINCIPLE YOU MUST FOLLOW IS TO ALWAYS FOLLOW A HARD WORKOUT WITH AN EASY WORKOUT.
EXAMPLE OF A 2 WEEK SCHEDULE. M/M/H/E/E/H/E/M/E/H/E/H/E/H. THE
KEY IS TO KNOW YOUR BODY AND TO RECORD YOUR WORKOUTS AND PRACTICES IN A JOURNAL.
REMEMBER THESE ARE GENERAL CATAGORIES BUT YOU WILL IMPROVE PERFOMANCE AND HAVE
LESS INJURIES IF YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF FOLLOWING A HARD WORKOUT DAY WITH AN EASY WORKOUT DAY. YOU CANNOT COUNT
ON PERSONAL TRAINERS, COACHES OR PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND THIS BASIC CONCEPT, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FOCUS IS ON "WINNING"
NOT INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES.

ARE STILL SORE AND SOMEWHAT TIRED. THE COACH IS BASICALLY IGNORANT OF THIS GENERAL PRINCIPLE. HE FEELS EVENTHOUGH YOUR
TEAM WON THAT NOW HE GOING TO RUN YOUR REAR END INTO THE GROUND TO PREPARE YOU FOR THE REALLY BIG GAME TWO DAYS AWAY.
