in Compassion and Live Your Life with Moderation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Without giving and sharing you will never experience the true beauty
of life. My Grandfather said on his 80th Birthday, "The
greatest joy I have experienced in life came from the good deeds I have done for others" Compassion
is different from Love yet it also encompasses the later. Love is born from belief and desire whereas compassion is the "coachable"
part of our instinct to survive. The
nurturing element of paretnhood can be be developed to expand past our immediate family and include all of Life. We should all look at the Children of the World as our Own Children and feel responsible for their future because
their future is our Earths future. Beliefs, Morals or Religions
that you practice or don't practice will have an effect on your life-style and consequently will effect how healthy and
how happy you are. Benjamin Franklin believed that "moderation" is the key to longevity. I concur. Saints
do not live forever, but they often live longer than serious habitual sinners. Fun and elation is a temporary happiness.
We all may long for fame and fortune but the ones that do not "Sell Their Souls" in an attempt to achieve it are
the ones that look back with a glimmer in their eye and remember the joy of the journey. Yes, it is the journey that
counts because once a goal is accomplished there is always another to take its place. We all have the will power to
change our habits and behaviors but we also have physiological and neurological reponses, like Pavlov's Dogs,
instincts, that can prolong our bad habbits and addictions. Environmental reminders can trigger our desires, yet if we
live by the wisdom of "moderation”, we can bring calm to our restless souls and defiantly
improve our helath and prolong our lives. The physical sciences continue to advance. Though more and more fields branch into specialties the underlying basics of Health and Longevity
remain. Our group tries to keep you informed and spread knowledge via a network of like minded peers
so that you can help yourself and others to live
